    Research has shown better outcomes for mental health issues when therapy is combined with medication.

    Ken provides ADHD coaching for skills building and professional development through individual or group coaching sessions.

    Consulting

    Ken provides consulting and educational opportunities to schools and other community-based organizations for common behavioral and mental health challenges including distinct support focuses for those diagnosed with ADHD in a school or work setting.

    Mon-Fri: scheduled as available between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

    Sat: scheduled as available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

    Sun: scheduled as available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

  • The time we spend with clients is our most valuable resource, so if you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

    Providing advance notice will help us find another date and time to reschedule your session and accommodate appointment requests for other clients.

    If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we’ll need to either reschedule or cancel your session.

    Fees might apply for late changes requested within 48 hours of your appointment.

    You’ll receive a secure, HIPAA-compliant link via email from SimplePractice prior to your scheduled telehealth session.

    You’ll simply click the link - no need to register or request access.

    Telehealth Session Preparation

    Find a private, quiet place where you will not be disturbed or have loud background noises (using headphones will also help).

    Connect an ethernet cable between your device and router, or ensure you have fast, reliable Internet speeds through your WiFi access.

    Make sure your device is fully charged and plugged in during the entire session.

    Close all unused programs on your device, or restart your computer before the appointment.

    Ensure you have the latest/updated browser versions for Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

    You’ll receive an email link from SimplePractice to access your secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal.

    You can send secure messages, upload documents, download documents (that we’ve posted), and pay your bill.

    There’s also a mobile app available for iOS and Android users.

  • Coaching and Consulting

    Fees for coaching and consulting services will be self-pay (i.e., not covered by insurance), are based on the scope of the support needs being requested, and will be communicated during our initial discussions.
